Passionate about people and passionate about the professionals who support people
The company has been set up to support all professionals who encounter children, young people and families in their day-to-day working experiences. This is done through training and learning strategies along with supporting individual reflective professional development. The strategies encompass meeting organisational ambitions across mental health, social care, educational and health services or institutions.
Supporting this, the company - through its contacts - acquires high level experts to deliver trainings depending on requirements of the trust, organisation or council.
To enable this we draw resources and connections across the UK, or other private companies, to deliver robust evidenced-based trainings, along with individual and group support consultation/supervision (Staff and Managers).
We have several organisational consultants who can be accessed to support institutions. This can include cross organisational collaboration and relationship building.
Systemic reflective thinking linked to professional practice and creativity is explicit and integral to the company’s principles.
Cross-organisational working/training and collaboration is integral to company philosophy “we practice what we preach and preach what we practice.” Supporting the statement, this means many of our academics are also involved in direct clinical work/social care and leadership.
Trainers and consultants we use are of the highest calibre – and are passionate about their subjects.
The service is adaptable and we can explore with individuals or services as to what can be tailored to meet their specific needs.
The company is registered as a Supplier with the Saulsbury NHS Foundation Trust Collaborative procurement Portal.
Clients have included NELFT, Waltham Forest Council, University Sogn Dale (Norway), and the Tavistock Clinic, Gloucestershire Health Trust.
